FIELD: medicine, urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: in blood serum one should detect the level of immunoglobulin A (IgA) and that of transferring. In case of increased IgA level up to 2.99 g/l and transferring up to 5.97 g/l one should diagnose serous form of pyelonephritis. In case of decreased IgA level up to 0.9 g/l and transferring up to 1.29 g/l one should diagnose purulent form of pyelonephritis. Values for the norm correspond to 1.7 g/l for IgA and 3.1 g/l for transferring. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 2 ex, 1 tbl |
