PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processes and simplify man-hours by eliminating transfer by hands and making it possible to make pressure feed by a hose. SOLUTION: On a ground, A liquid is kneaded by a mortar mixer and changed into high fluidity low viscosity mortar and temporarily stored in an agitator 34. A liquid kneaded by a liquid pump 35 is fed by a pressure to a constant volume feed part 22 through an A hose 38 for A liquid. Simultaneously, B liquid is kneaded in a B liquid tank 36 and temporarily stored, and the B liquid kneaded is pressure-fed by a B liquid pump 37 to a kneading part 23 through a hose for B liquid. The A liquid fed to the constant-volume feed part 22 is further uniformly kneaded therein. In a next kneading part 23, B liquid being an additive is added, and by kneading the A liquid and the B liquid in a fixed ratio, the liquids are changed into high viscosity mortar.
