<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a phase-change memory, an antenna that converts an electromagnetic wave into an AC electric signal, and a power circuit that generates power potential, based on the AC electric signal provided from the antenna, and provides the generated power potential to the phase-change memory.
