<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-shaped groove with a luminaire turned on at night for recognizing even at night that a U-shaped groove is laid, for preventing a falling accident into the U-shaped groove caused when a street lamp and a fence are not arranged when a pedestrian and a vehicle use at night, in a road and a site laid with the U-shaped groove for draining. <P>SOLUTION: This U-shaped groove 3 is used as a drainage ditch of the road or the site.
