<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby holder capable of relaxing a burden of a user by appropriately dispersing a load applied on the back of the user even by a constitution connecting one shoulder strap to the other without crossing the same on the back. <P>SOLUTION: The baby holder 1 is provided with a baby holder body 2 having a pair of the shoulder straps 4 to be put on the shoulder of the user and a vertically holding sheet 3 to be put on the baby holder body 2 for a baby being held in a vertically holding position. Backs 4b of a pair of the shoulder straps 4 curve in a direction where the backs 4b approach each other.
