PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional role paper case is not sanitary since the case is not covered entirely, that the the case makes a turning sound when it is used, and that a roll paper has to be suspended and put out downward because the roll paper in the case is cut with the edge of a cover by rotating the roll paper with a rotation bar as a center. SOLUTION: In this roll paper case, the inside of the case is covered with an inner plate roundly, and fixed to the inside of the case with round spaces formed on the upper and lower sides of a take-out port. Thus, a rotation bar is not used. On the upper surface of the case, a suspending metal fitting is fitted to the upper surface of the case. The case is covered from one side surface to the other side surface. The horizontal size of this cover is equal to or a little larger than that of the case.
