<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic data input and output hardly requiring a user operation by providing a derived area within one cell in addition to a main area, so that a slip format definition with user affinity can be performed for a slip format. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of identifying a term registered in a specified dictionary means from an input or designated character string, thereby determining a difference condition that is a difference part uniquely owned by a data entry condition for the derived area to a data entry condition for the main area; identifying a first record that is a combination of data within the main area with data to be referred to therewith or a combination of data within the main area with a data entry area to be referred to therewith from a table format; and outputting data to the derived area on the table format based on the definition content of the difference condition and the first record identified from the table format, or on the basis of output data to the main area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
