PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quickly and deeply frozen food for microwave oven cooking and a method for easily cooking the frozen food for microwave oven cooking in a high-quality state.

SOLUTION: The frozen food for microwave oven cooking is composed of one or more food materials comprising quick and deep frozen fresh crustacean such as crab packed together with one or more ice cubes containing one or more seasonings such as salt and liquor in a packaging material processable with a microwave oven. The method for the cooking of the quickly and deeply frozen food for microwave oven cooking comprises the heating of the frozen food with a microwave oven while moisturizing the food.
