PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover structure of a convertible top vehicle securing original functions that a tonneau cover should have and having excellent convenience in the use. SOLUTION: This tonneau cover 1 of the convertible top vehicle is made to have a three divided structure of a first cover body 11, a second cover body 12 and a third cover body 13. The structure is constituted so that a first tonneau cover form in which each of the cover bodies 11, 12 and 13 is arranged in substantially the same plane, a second tonneau cover form in which the first and third cover bodies 11 and 13 form substantially the same plane, and a third tonneau cover form in which all of the first, second and third cover bodies 11, 12 and 13 are not extended in a plane shape, may be selected. By this constitution, the tonneau cover structure securing the original functions that the tonneau cover should have and having the excellent convenience in the use is provided.
