PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support even an individual user inexperienced in the using method and the like of application programs, in easy creation and publication work of a high quality website. SOLUTION: A program 10 includes programs for creating contents used for the publication of a website and uploading the created contents to a site by FTP, and includes program functions 11 to 20 for creating/publishing/updating contents and processing materials such as images used in the contents to optimum data.
