<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic accompaniment device that enables different musical instruments to use accompaniment data even when additional sounds by musical instruments reproducing accompaniment data and settings regarding a pad performance are not incompatible. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic accompaniment device has: an input means for inputting musical performance information; a storage means of storing accompaniment style data including accompaniment data for an automatic accompaniment and panel setting information for controlling a style of a musical sound generated based upon the musical performance information, the panel setting information including musical sound kind specification information specifying a musical sound kind to be allocated to the input means with a bank number and a program number; a reproducing means of reproducing the accompaniment style data; and a musical sound generating means of generating a musical sound of a kind specified with the musical sound kind specification information included in the accompaniment style data reproduced by the reproducing means on the basis of the musical performance information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
