PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a coaxial cable causes disconnection or a connection failure because the cable is twisted and repeatedly extended/contracted while a camera part, a sensor or the like is provided with the coaxial cable such as a control line for power feeding or control in a monitoring camera device. SOLUTION: The monitoring camera device comprises the camera part having a first signal processing circuit part, a fixing part for installing the camera part, a driving part for changing a visual field range of the camera part, a rotating shaft provided in the camera part and mounted on the fixing part to appropriately change the visual field range of the camera part, and a first wiring cable for connecting a first electric circuit part provided in the fixing part to the first signal processing circuit part and to the first electric circuit part, wherein the rotating shaft has a hollow at least partially, a slit part for allowing the first wiring cable to pass through is provided in at least a portion of the hollow part, and the first wiring cable from the first signal processing circuit part is configured so as to be connected to the first electric circuit part via the hollow part of the rotating shaft and the slit part.
