PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high efficiency by shortening the length of a path of a composite circuit at the output side of each transistor and reducing loss of the outputting part of an amplifier. SOLUTION: Respective output signals from transistors 1 to 4 are composited by a composite terminal S located at the point of a via hole V<SB>J1</SB>through input terminals il, i2, i3 and i4 of the points of via holes V<SB>K3</SB>, V<SB>K4</SB>, V<SB>K5</SB>and V<SB>K6</SB>constituting a tournament-shaped composite circuit perpendicular from output terminals T<SB>o1</SB>, T<SB>o2</SB>, T<SB>o3</SB>and T<SB>o4</SB>arranged so as to face one another, via holes V<SB>K3</SB>, V<SB>K4</SB>, V<SB>K5</SB>and V<SB>K6</SB>, and transmission lines K3, K4, K5 and K6, and outputted as a composite signal from a composition output terminal B through the via hole V<SB>J1</SB>and a transmission line J1.
