PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device for securing high reliability of accumulated image data by determining whether the accumulated image data is falsified or not with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In recording the image data, a private key is selected out of a plurality of private keys in a private key memory 8 every time the image data of N fields are acquired, hash values 51a-51h are generated from the image data 50 of the N fields and the selected private key, and the respective generated hash values 51a-51h is given to the image data 50 of the corresponding field and is recorded. In determining whether the data is falsified or not, hash values 54a-54h are generated from the accumulated image data 50 of the N fields and the private key by using the private key same as in recording, the accumulated hash values 51a-51h and the hash values 54a-54h generated at the time of determination are compared to determine whether the image data is falsified or not on the basis of a comparison result.
