PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memorandum sheet which can be carried easily, whereon fine lines can be drawn easily and which can be used for practice of writing characters or as a painting board for little children or others. SOLUTION: A memorandum main body is formed by a method wherein a coloring surface is formed on the surface of a base sheet and an ultraviolet cured resin layer is formed on the upper side of the coloring surface, while a far-infrared-ray generating layer and a sheet for shape retention are provided on the reverse side of the base sheet. In the upper-side portion on the ultraviolet cured resin side of this memorandum main body, a synthetic resin sheet having one surface matted is formed so that the matted side can be brought into contact with and detached from the ultraviolet cured resin surface.
