PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying of molecule of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Spinaciae in which only Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Spinaciae among fungi of the genus fusarium can simply be identified in good sensitivity and high accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for identifying molecule of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Spinaciae comprises detecting or determining a base sequence specific to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Spinaciae and obtained by RAPD-STS (randomly amplified polymorphic DNA-sequence tagged site) method.
