PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel low in production cost, having a sufficiently reinforced panel frame body and allowing wiring fittings to be firmly fixed at various positions in the wall panel by simple work on the site. SOLUTION: The panel frame 2 comprises the panel frame body 4 consisting of a pair of left and right vertical rails 6 and a pair of top and bottom lateral rails 7a and 7b assembled into a rectangular shape, and a sliding rail 5 arranged between the top and bottom lateral rails 7a and 7b of the panel frame body 4 and capable of being slid left and right and fixed to the panel frame body 4 at an arbitrary position with a fixing means. The sliding rail 5 is formed by providing lateral sliding pieces 9a and 9b on both of the top/bottom ends of a middle vertical rail 10 for installing wiring fittings slidably along the top/bottom lateral rails 7a and 7b, respectively.
