PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which saves the energy and is miniaturized. SOLUTION: For example, when an actuator is applied to a shift changing device, the drives in two directions can be achieved by a single actuator 10, and the size and the cost can be considerably reduced compared with those of a conventional technology. Further, since a rotary shaft 12a of a first electric motor 12 is not concentric with a rotary shaft 20a of a second electric motor 20, the dimension of the actuator 10 in the axial direction can be suppressed compared with a case in which these rotary shafts are concentrically provided.
