A changeable DC output voltage adapter with voltage level display comprises at least one DC-DC conversion circuit which converses the OPS input from a supply input line and outputs a DC voltage; a DC output connector connected to the DC-DC conversion circuit; a DC voltage level selection terminal which may be inserted to the DC output connector; a feedback circuit connected to the output voltage level selection terminals of the DC output connector; a DC voltage level displaying circuit which is connected to the output voltage level selection terminals of the DC output connector to display the DC output voltage level fed from the supply terminal of the DC output connector. The DC voltage level displaying circuit may use a indicating lamp or a liquid crystal display to display the DC output voltage level fed from the supply terminal of the DC output connector.
