The present invention refers to a grooming tool (10) comprising:
a housing having an elongated handle portion (12) and a head end portion (14);
a razor mount (34) disposed at the head end portion (14), the razor mount adapted to selectively secure at least one of an associated razor blade (22) and an associated razor blade cartridge (18);
a trimmer mechanism (24) associated with the housing ;
a motor (50) and output shaft (62) mounted within the housing;
a linkage coupling the output shaft (62) of the motor (50) to the trimmer mechanism (24);
a power source compartment (58) within the housing adapted to receive an associated power source (56);
at least one power source connector mounted within the power source compartment (58) operative to provide at least a portion of a power delivery path between the associated power source (56) installed in the power source compartment (58) and the motor (50); and
a switch button (52) adapted to activate a switch to selectively open and close a circuit to provide power to the motor (50) from the power source (56).
