PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the better forward visibility in a material handling vehicle. SOLUTION: A body 1 of the material handling vehicle is equipped with a material handling device 4 at a front position of a driver's seat 9. The material handling vehicle comprises a video camera 23 for shooting the front part of the body 1 and a transparent display 16 provided between the material handling device 4 and the driver's seat 9 for displaying an image shot by the video camera 23 to be visible from the driver's seat 9. The display 16 makes the size of the displayed image coincident with the size of a real image seen from the driver's seat 9 for displaying the image.
