PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain a current value to a linear solenoid valve (pressure increase valve) corresponding to actual differential pressure of master cylinder pressure and wheel cylinder pressure by calculation in a relatively short time even when rapid and strong brake operation is performed by a driver. SOLUTION: The brake liquid pressure control device adopts a normally opened linear solenoid valve capable of adjusting the actual differential pressure to the linear state as the pressure increase valve and is constituted such that after ABS control starting condition is effected (on or after time t1), a control cycle principally making pressure reduction control, retaining control and linear pressure increase control as one pair is repeatedly executed. At this time, only in the first control cycle, pulse pressure increase control is executed instead of the linear pressure increase control (time t3-t6). Then, actual differential pressure corresponding current value IC at the same time is presumed from the repetition number by utilizing that the repetition number of the pulse pressure increase control becomes a value for indicating the actual differential pressure corresponding current value IC at the linear pressure increase control starting time (time t8) of the second control cycle.
