PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of breaking plate-shaped materials and long plastic runners and treating at a low speed. SOLUTION: The crusher consists of a breaking section and a crushing section. The breaking section has a rotor 11 arranged in a rotatable way within a hopper-like casing 1 having an opening for charging of a material to be crushed, a rotating blade 17 arranged in the outer periphery of the rotor 11 and fixed blades 5 and 9 fixed to the casing 1 and breaking the charged material between the these blades and the rotating blade 17. The rotor 11 has a rotation shaft 12 arranged in a rotatable way between the right and left walls of the casing 1, attaching plates 13 and 13 disposed at both ends of the shaft 12 and a supporting member 15 arranged between the plates 13 and 13 so as to bridge between the plates, and the rotating blade 17 is attached to the member 15.
