<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuberculosis vaccine capable of effectively preventing tubercule bacillus infection by using a recombinant influenza virus, realizing, in upper respiratory mucosal cell, T cell or B cell epitope of tuberculosis cells having infection controlling ability, and inducing mucosal cell. <P>SOLUTION: The recombinant influenza virus inserted tubercule bacillus epitope is prepared by introducing a sequence containing T cell epitope derived from tubercule bacillus in 8th RNA segment NS1 gene of the influenza virus by using a reverse genetics technique preparing infectious virus from cloned gene, and modifying the NS1 gene preparing a tubercule vaccine stain targeting upper respiratory immunity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
