PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine that reduces power consumption and improves performance of preventing deterioration of a hot product by containing heat entry and heat outflow to a non-heating/cooling area during heating/cooling as much as possible by dividing a product repository into a heating/cooling area and a non heating/cooling area one above the other. SOLUTION: The vending machine in which a product rack that is divided into an upper part and a lower part and has a function to properly store products longitudinally, and convey them downward sequentially, a shutter device of a heat insulating structure that is disposed between the upper part and the lower part of the rack, a product cooling/heating device disposed at the bottom, and a circulation duct disposed at the back are disposed in the product repository surrounded by heat insulation materials has a horizontal suction duct that has an inlet at the lower part of the side of the shutter device inside the product repository and an outlet facing an inlet of the circulation duct.
