PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a terminal arrangement to prevent a loosened terminal screw from slipping off by pressing it against a charge protecting cover by a reset spring, while enhancing wiring quality. SOLUTION: In this terminal arrangement, the terminal screw 4 having a washer 3 is threadedly engaged with a terminal board 2 fixed to the base 1, this terminal screw 4 is pressed against the charge protecting cover 5 mounted to the base 1 with the terminal screw slipping out of the terminal board 2 and is held by being axially energized by a reset spring 8 inserted between the screw and the base 1. The reset spring 8 is formed by a twisted helical spring, the reset spring 8 is fitted in the head part of the terminal screw 4, an inclined surface 10 to force both ends 8a of the reset spring 8 into sliding contact with each other is formed integrally with the base 1, and the reset spring 8 is deformed by the inclined surface 10 when fastening the terminal screw 8.
