PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complications in a medication business by providing a convenient tool used to administer medicines to inpatients. SOLUTION: A medication arranging tray for arranging and storing medicines to be administered to the inpatients comprises an outer container 1 of a square shape in a plane view and partition tools 2 which partition the inside of the outer container 1 and provide storage spaces for the medicines to be administered to respective inpatients. The partition tools 2 partition crosswise and form grid-like storage spaces. The medicines are stored in cups 7 attachably and detachably inserted into respective storage spaces. Patient distinguishing tools 31, 32 displaying the patient's name or bed are replaceably provided on the cup 7. A medication arranging tray unit for the inpatients is composed of a container 5 in which a plurality of the medication arranging trays 4 are vertically lined up and stored, and has a plurality of wheels 54 for moving the entire container 5. A tray distinguishing tool 6 for distinguishing the tray corresponding to the group of patients to be medicated is provided on the front face of the outer container 1 of each medication arranging tray 4 for the inpatients.
