PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently blow air, reduce noise, reduce size, save energy, and cool a fan motor and heating parts such as control substrates without lowering air blow amount. SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan 5 rotatingly driven by the fan motor to suck air from an air suction port 2 and blow out the sucked air from an air discharge port 3 is installed in an air blow route 4 allowing the air suction port 2 to communicate with the air discharge port 3. A first suction port 22 and a second suction port 24 are formed in the centrifugal fan 5. A blowout port 40 for blowing out the air sucked from the first suction port 22 and the second suction port 24 to the radial outside of the centrifugal fan 5 is formed in the centrifugal fan 5. The upstream side of the centrifugal fan 5 in the air blow route 4 is formed of a first air flow passage 31 allowing the first suction port 22 of the centrifugal fan 5 to communicate with the air suction port 2 and a second air flow passage 31b allowing the second suction port 24 to communicate with the air suction port 2.
