PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform screen display effective for an inspection by allocating a format and a region for displaying an arrangement drawing that becomes the center of inspection to the maximum without any lacks in the arrangement drawing of a substrate and an image for indicating the appearance of the substrate that is subjected to solder paste printing. SOLUTION: An allocation means 7 selects a region for displaying either the vertical or horizontal size of the arrangement drawing to the maximum and displaying the entire arrangement drawing, allocates the arrangement drawing to the selected region by a magnification for displaying to the maximum, allocates appearance image data outputted by an image data generation section 3 to the other regions, and displaying them by a display means 8.
