PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method for brazing aluminum members by which the aluminum members can be brazed in a short time within a limited space by heating the aluminum members at a predetermined temperature rise rate by using a high frequency induction heating system, and to provide a device for the brazing. SOLUTION: A brazing device A comprises a high frequency power source 2, an induction coil 6 which receives power from the high frequency power source 2, and a heating tool 8 disposed close to the induction coil 6. The aluminum members to be brazed are surrounded by the heating tool 8, and the power is supplied from the high frequency power source 2 to the induction coil 6. Eddy currents are generated in the heating tool 2 from a plurality of directions, and a brazing filler metal is molten to braze the aluminum members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
