PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern painting implement that applies the aetheticl pattern on a face to be coated and is excellent in durability and coating workability. SOLUTION: The pattern painting implement has a raised fiber layer comprised of a fiber containing 50 mass% of a moist heat adhesive fiber in at least a part of the one face of a base texture and forms a number of irregular celluar vacancies in which each fiber of the raised fiber layer opens to the outside. Further, the coating surface of the pattern painting implement comprises a raised textile having the spongy raised fiber layer the fibers of which are adhered with each other in a state that a number of irregular unevenness patterns on the surface of the raised fiber layer are formed.
