PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply constituted camera controller capable of photographing, also, close-photographing with user's single operation of depressing one button, dispensing with the installation of an automatic focusing mechanism, capable of avoiding an erroneous focusing operation and capable of focusing on the whole object image. SOLUTION: In photographing while turning the photographing direction of a camera module to a user himself/herself, that is, in photographing the object at a close range, with the depression of a close-photographing button 8, a diaphragm driving part 7 is controlled by a control part 12, and the aperture of the diaphragm part 2 is set as the small aperture by the diaphragm driving part 7, and a lens F value is changed to the larger one, thus, the lens F value of the camera is set so as to obtain a preset large depth of field, and controlled so as to focus on the object at a close range.
