A pinion gear (5) is arranged such that its end face is made to contact pinion gear side end face of the inner ring (4a) of the bearing (4). The pinion gear is pressed on the bearing side according to a tightening force of the screw attached to the thread portion. A thrust receiving surface (3a) of the output shaft (3) and bearing side end face (5c) of pinion gear clamp the inner ring of the bearing.
