PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration filter which can be connected with and disconnected from a wiring board simply. SOLUTION: The penetration filter consisting of a conductive cylinder 11 and a center conductor supported on the shaft core of the cylinder 11 through an insulator is provided with a contact 40 elastically deformable in an axial direction at least at one end of the center conductor. The cylinder 11 is supported penetrating the conductive wall of a shield case, and the contact 40 projecting from the cylinder 11 is made to elastically contact with an electrode provided at the wiring board to electrically connect a circuit board provided inside of the shield case with a substrate provided outside without soldering.
