PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage catching apparatus installed to the outlet 3 of a container 1, which is easy to operate and easy to assemble. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a net 5 of the convex-shaped garbage catching apparatus 10 installed to the outlet 3, a rim 6 attached to the net 5, and a spring 9 which is retained with the rim 6. Part of the spring 9 energizes the net 5 with the upper side elastic section 20 and the other part comprises the lower side elastic section 21 inserted into the outlet 3 and fixed.
