PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which has high adhesion properties of a barrier layer to a base material film without the necessity to interpose an anchor coat layer and besides, high gas barrier properties and water resistance. SOLUTION: The laminated film is constituted of the base material film (propylene resin film containing a petroleum resin and the like) and the barrier layer formed on at least one surface of the base material film without interposing the anchor coat layer. The barrier layer is formed of 100 pts.wt. vinyl alcohol-based polymer with a carbonyl group, 1 to 20 pts.wt. crosslinking agent with a plurality of hydrazino groups (polyvalent carboxylic acid polyhydrazide compound) and 5 to 50 pts.wt. inorganic layer-like compound (montmorillonite and the like).
