PURPOSE:To execute a start of a work processing without troubling an operator's hand and also to eliminate an artificial mistake of a confirmation and a decision, by managing a state of reception after an operation of a receiving program of a data is ended, and starting automatically a work program when an operation environment of the work program is prepared. CONSTITUTION:The receiving program 3 starts a receiving state management program 10 when a program is ended. When the receiving state management program 10 is started once, it is written in a main storage device, the time and a management file 11 are referred to at every prescribed time, and an on-line state is managed until the final reception time, namely, the start time of a work program 5. Subsequently, when the present time obtained from a timepiece mechanism of a work use computer 8 becomes the final reception time, and when all the receiving data required for the work concerned are received normally, the receiving state management program 10 starts automatically the work program 5 which is determined by the work classification. In such a way, it becomes unnecessary to confirm the receiving data and to start the work program by an operator.
