PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect each of cables and each of ultrasonic oscillators smoothly by reducing the number of the cables connecting to the ultrasonic oscillators that constitute an ultrasonic transducer. SOLUTION: An oscillator-side contact point M connected to a discrete electrode S of each ultrasonic oscillator T, a wire-connecting contact point N to which a cable 8 is connected, and a wiring pattern P between the oscillator-side contact point M and wire-connecting contact point N are formed by means of printing, etc., on a film board 20. Wiring patterns P1 to P16 connected to the discrete electrodes S1 to S16 of the ultrasonic oscillators T1 to T16 are formed on the front surface of the film board 20, and wiring patterns P17 to P32 connected to the discrete electrodes S17 to S32 of the ultrasonic oscillators T17 to T32 are formed on the back surface of the film board 20.
