PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus in which a user can impart information readily to a photograph at the time of taking a photograph without feeling existence of a figure code especially. SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus comprises a photographing section 210 having a CCD 101a and acquiring an object image by capturing the object light by its CCD 101a, an information acquiring section 224, a decoder/encoder 225 for creating a figure code representing the information acquired at the information acquiring section 224 by a figure, and a section 228 for recording the object image acquired at the photographing section 210 and the figure code created by the decoder/encoder 225 while matching each other to be printed on the surface and rear surface of the same recording medium.
