PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return to image display in which sharpness is not lost, as needed at the side of an adult even when preventing an image from becoming too much stimulated for eyes. SOLUTION: In a configuration wherein if program contents of a received commercial broadcast indicate program contents of a predetermined category, screen setting related to the strength of stimuli for eyes is changed from ordinary setting of screen setting not to relax the stimuli for the eyes to stimulus relaxing setting of screen setting to relax the stimuli for the eyes, there are provided a storage means 5 for storing a password code inputted in advance and an input means 10 for inputting the password code and if a password code matched with the password code stored in the storage means 5 is inputted from the input means 10 during the stimulus relaxing setting, stimulus relaxing setting can be changed into ordinary setting.
