PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency coaxial cable having a three-layered insulator, in which a highly foamed insulator is surely formed by specifying an external layer comprising polyolefin resin, the coaxial cable has little variations in the outside diameter of the insulation layer with proper appearance, and attenuation in high-frequency band (1GHz or more) is small. SOLUTION: The high-frequency coaxial cable has a three-layered insulator, which is sequentially formed by an inner layer, comprising a filled body on an inner conductor, an intermediate layer comprising a foamed body, and an outer layer comprising a filled body. The outer layer is composed of an polyolefin resin, having a tensile strength at break of a melt of 6 to 20 g measured with a capillary rheometer, having a furnace diameter of 9.55 mm at 190°C, using a flat capillary having an inner diameter of 2.095 mm, a length of 8.03 mm, with a piston speed of 10 mm/min, and a taking over acceleration of 400 m/min<SP>2</SP>.
