PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good sleep assist for keeping warm around the head of a sleeper. SOLUTION: This good sleep assist 1 comprises an arc-shaped plate surrounding body 2 and its leg part 3. A grounded part 3b of the leg part 3 is inserted under the pillow head part of a mattress 10 and pushed by a pillow 11, and the surrounding body 2 surrounds the half of the circumference of the head of the sleeper P.
