PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the fall-off of a coil spring when broken, without increasing a weight and manufacturing cost and causing trouble in mounting/demounting the coil spring. SOLUTION: This suspension device comprises a protection part 24 provided on at least part of a bottom wall 22 of a lower seat 14 at the radial outside of the inner diameter of the coil spring 10 so as to extend at least a line-to-line gap A of the coil spring 10 to the downward direction.
