PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the traveling time of a multitude of players with a plurality of synchronized clocks or a single clock. SOLUTION: Wireless tags 1a, 1b, etc., carried by the players 2a, 2b, etc., wirelessly receive and store time data when passing through the start line Ls, wirelessly receive and store the time data when passing through an intermediate line Lm, wirelessly transmit the stored time data in a time data readout area E2m, wirelessly receive and store the time data when passing through the goal line Lg, and wirelessly transmit the stored time data in a time data readout area E2g. A data processor 22 obtains the traveling time and the ranking, on the basis of the time data read out from each wireless tag.
