PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapper member capable of easily taking-out a straight pipe type fluorescent lamp 20 from a paper cylinder 10. SOLUTION: There is provided a paper cylinder 10 storing the straight pipe fluorescent lamp 20. In the intermediate part extending along a longitudinal direction at the paper cylinder 10, the paper cylinder 10 is formed with some perforations 19 for use in separating the paper cylinder 10 to one partial paper cylinder 15 extending along the longitudinal direction and the other partial paper cylinder 15.
