PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient, deliberate and systematic means to provide fuel to a propulsive body of a considerably large number of base systems and reflecting base systems to constitute a base system group and a reflecting base system group. SOLUTION: This protecting device is equipped with an automatic disposing machine of a disposing rocket to carry a plurality of fuel cylinder units to the propulsive body by a carrier rocket, an automatic receiving and supplying machine equipped in the base system/the reflecting base system and a supply device automatically disposed by them, and each of electronic computers to automatically control them is furnished with a control device networked with a large electronic computer of a global control body. Fuel is automatically, efficiently, deliberately and systematically supplied to the propulsive body, and it is presumed that operation of the base system group and the reflecting base system group is smoothly carried out.
