PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection surface for a biosensor for stably immobilizing any physiologically active substances stably, namely by suppressing a decrease in the original activity. SOLUTION: The biosensor is made of a substrate that is coated with a hydrophobic highly polymerized compound while a hydrophilic compound is combined with the surface, where there are 2-1000 groups combined with the physiologically active substances in one molecule of the hydrophilic compound.
