PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a junk e-mail distribution preventive system having a flexible structure suitably coping with a new means even when junk e-mail of the new means appears. SOLUTION: In this junk e-mail distribution preventive system: (1) an e-mail server 1 transmits e-mail 4 subjected to junk e-mail filtering processing, to an information terminal 3; (2) the information terminal 3 transmits junk e-mail identification information to the e-mail server 1 according to an e-mail receiver's instruction when the e-mail is junk e-mail; (3) the e-mail server 1 receiving the junk e-mail identification information extracts a keyword from the e-mail 4 transmitted in a step (1); and (4) the e-mail server 1 allows a manager of the junk e-mail distribution preventive system to select a keyword to be stored as a junk e-mail determining keyword in a storage device.
