The invention relates to a remote-controlled needle guide for inserting a lo ng needle (2) into the body (3) of a patient. The aim of the invention is to provide a needle guide which allow longer straight needles to be inserted in to the body of a patient who is pushed into a narrow orifice. For this purpose, the remote-controlled needle guide comprises at least one restricted deflection guidance (1) for the needle and the needle has elastic properties .
