<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-in type safe syringe which prevents the increase of patient's pain and has a structure adaptable to various pull-in type safe syringes. <P>SOLUTION: Mainly, a needle head 40, a cylinder 50 and a piston part 60 are included. A first removing part 43 is disposed in the needle head 40. A piston 61 is disposed on the front end of the piston part 60. A second removing part 64 capable of being connected to the first removing part 43 is disposed on the upper end of the piston 61. The piston 61 is an extendable and contractive elasticity device and is compressed and recovered by receiving a force. The piston 61 is pushed upward until the vertex face of the piston 61 is brought into contact with the inner wall vertex part of an injection space in the injection space of the cylinder 50. At this time, more force is so applied that the first removing part 43 is connected to the second removing part 64, and the needle head 40 overcomes the connecting force fixed to the needle head 40 by the recovery force of the compressed and deformed piston 61.
